Two Lithuanian men were arrested after trying to smuggle seven kilos of amphetamine to Iceland. The drugs were hidden in two cars which were on the Norræna ferry. One of the men lives in Iceland but the other lives abroad.

Customs officials discovered the amphetimine in a routine search, and it had been placed in various areas of the car and hidden in the seats and under the gearstick. Both men deny having known that the amphetamine was in the car.
