In a video first made public by Vísir News, Margera can be seen receiving three punches to the head, including one from Icelandic rapper Gísli Pálmi, also a performer at the festival. Afterwards, Margera stumbles towards the exit but falls to the ground on his way out.
See video below.
Neither Gísli Pálmi nor Tiny could be reached for comment this morning.
Update, June 22nd, 23.00 pm: Contrary to first reports, Reykjavík police now say Bam Margera did not stick around to file charges although he did speak with police this morning. Margera has now left Iceland. On his Instagram page, he posts a video again directed at Leon Hill, his former publicist, who Margera claims owes him money.
Ósk Gunnarsdóttir, festival spokesperson, refused to comment further on the incident. On Sunday she explained to Vísir News that a drunken Margera, performing at the festival with his band The Earth Rocker, had tried to make his way into a restricted backstage area.
When two female members of security refused to let him in, Margera allegedly harassed and insulted them.
Rapper Gísli Pálmi's most popular song at the moment, Draumalandið (Dream Country).
“I didn’t harass any girls, I just wanted to meet Leon Hill,” said Margera.
Claims Hill owes him money
Margera claims Hill owes him and The Earth Rocker money. “I found out two years ago that the motherfucker [Hill] had started a Youtube channel on me and a few other people,” Margera says.
“His scam is that he tells all the people that he’s working for that the other person is getting more hits and that they got the money. So when we all got together and figured that out, we realized that’s how Leon Hill became a self-made millionaire.”
Rapper Tiny is most famous for his role as rapper in Quarashi.
Margera left Iceland today. The Icelandic police says that the case is closed for the time being although it's possible for Margera to file charges later on.
